A semi-private, eight-seat restaurant where you can enjoy a special monthly menu prepared by a renowned French chef. You can enjoy new tastes, authentic stories of ingredients, and conversation with the French-speaking staff, creating an extraordinary experience as if you were visiting a French restaurant.

危うくも魅力的な自然のエネルギーを、繊細で洗練されたフルコースで表現。
The theme is “La Beauté du Danger” (The Beauty of Danger). The sea urchin with its spines, the swordfish with its sharp proboscis, the deer with its majestic antlers.The energy of nature, both dangerous and fascinating, is expressed in a delicate and refined full-course menu.

Champagne Sabrage
サーベル（刀）でシャンパンボトルの口を切り飛ばす「サブラージュ」でスタートするディナーはユニークで特別な体験に。ナポレオンも嗜んだというこの儀式は、今ではフランスでも特別なお祝いの席でもめったに見ることができないんです。
Dinner begins with “sabrage,” a unique and special experience in which the mouth of the champagne bottle is sliced open with a saber. This ritual, which was enjoyed by Napoleon, is now rarely seen in France, even for special celebrations.
